Do I need individual counseling?


Everybody feels gloomy, anxious, or angry at certain times. Most of the time, speaking with a family member or a friend, or doing something one enjoys doing is a good way to cope with these feelings. But sometimes, people feel inadequate and unable to cope with their problems on their own. If this is the case, it might be useful to speak with a counselor.

If;

  • your sleeping and eating schedules have changed noticeably,
  • you have trouble concentrating,
  • you are feeling helpless or hopeless,you are having trouble in your relationships with family, friends from school, work, or other prominent people in your life,
  • you are consuming excessive alcohol or using drugs,
  • you are feeling physically, sexually, or emotionally abused,
  • or you just need support and an objective listener,

you might benefit from seeking help of an expert and objective specialist in dealing with your situation.
